To reduce estrogen levels, you can use aromatase inhibitors (AI’s) such as Anastrozole or selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERM’s) like Nolvadex (Tamoxifen).

 

Cardiovascular side effects of Deca Durabolin refer to cholesterol level, especially the reduction of HDL cholesterol (good cholesterol). Despite the fact that Nandrolone will negatively affect your cholesterol level, negative impacts are still less than from any oral steroid. It’s more beneficial to add another steroid in the cycle than increase dosage. The dosage, for medical purposes, for men ranges between 100 and 200 mg per 3-4 weeks.

 

For females, in order to avoid Virilization and other side effects, the dosage should not exceed 100 mg per week. For medical use, doctors usually prescribe dosages between 50 to 100 mg per 3-4 weeks.
