Our website has two different sections: US domestic and International.
If you place an order in the US domestic section, we provide domestic delivery from within the USA to any state of the USA only. Method of shipping is USPS priority mail, no signature is required upon delivery.
After the payment is received, the order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Total delivery time is from 4-7 days. In rare cases, delivery can take longer due to different factors such as your location, postal service efficiency, weather etc.
If you place your order in the International section, we provide shipping from one of our warehouses located in Europe or Asia, to any country worldwide.
After the payment is received, the order will be shipped within 7 business days. Total delivery time depends on destination and can take up to 4 weeks.
All parcels are shipped with a tracking number which will be provided 5-7 days after the order is shipped. We can’t provide the tracking number immediately due to security reasons.
Please double check your submitted delivery address. We’re not responsible for any nondelivery due to inaccurate information. Orders lost due to incorrect delivery address will not be reshipped free of charge.
In some countries, you will have to pick up the parcel from the post office. If you haven’t claimed your package for some reason within the due time span, and it is shipped back, we shall not be liable for any losses. Unclaimed packages will not be reshipped without charge.
If your parcel is seized, or lost, we reship it the second time free of charge. We will only reship without cost, if the seizure or loss is obvious (you have received a seizure letter or a tracking number which says that the package is not moving forward and has not reached the final destination). If the tracking number says – delivered, we shall not be liable for any losses.
Please be aware that due to Covid-based resource shortages, the carrier networks are currently experiencing significant delays. All packages are expected considerable delays; your shipment tracking may show a status of “Pending” for a few days prior to updating with an estimated delivery. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these unusual times.
